Buyer Terms and Conditions
InstruTech Marketplace: "From prototype to buyer – one platform"
1.Platform Role
Instrutech is a marketplace facilitator. Contracts for sale are strictly between the Buyer and the independent Seller. Instrutech is not a party to the transaction and disclaims liability for product defects or performance.
2.Registration
Users must be at least 18 years old to transact on the platform.
3.Payment & Escrow
Payments are processed via Paystack. Funds (90% seller share) are held in a pending state until the Buyer clicks "Confirm Receipt" or 14 days pass from the date the courier marks the item as "Delivered".
4.Cooling-Off Period (ECT Act Section 44)
Buyers have a 7-day cooling-off period after receiving goods to cancel any electronic transaction without reason or penalty. The Buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
5.Defective Goods (CPA Section 56)
All hardware is subject to a 6-month statutory warranty. If an item is technically defective, the Buyer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund at the Seller's expense.
6.Disclosures (ECT Act Section 43)
Buyers may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receipt if the Seller or Platform fails to provide full legal names, physical addresses, or a full description of the goods.
