Privacy Policy

InstruTech acts as the "Responsible Party." We appoint an Information Officer to ensure all processing of Buyer and Seller data meets POPIA standards.

We collect names, contact details, physical addresses, and banking information strictly for:

• Facilitating marketplace transactions.
• Seller verification (FICA/ID checks).
• Automating Paystack split-payments.

Buyer data (shipping address/contact) is shared with Sellers only for the purpose of order fulfillment. Sellers are prohibited from using this data for independent marketing.

All project and user data are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Payment data is never stored on our servers and is handled directly by Paystack's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified systems.

Users have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal information at any time. Per NxCode's policy, account deletion results in the permanent removal of all project and personal data from the servers.

We do not keep personal data for longer than necessary to fulfill the transaction or comply with South African tax laws.
